Bislim lekiqi biography

Lekiqi is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj. He has been a part of the university since its foundation.

He completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Management at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Prishtina. In 2004, he completed a professional training course in Management InWEnt – Capacity Building International in Germany. In 2014, he received his Doctorate at the Faculty of Economics and Agribusiness at the Agricultural University of Tirana, in Albania, with the thesis “The Effects of Motivation in the Management of Human Resources in Processing Enterprises”

From 2000-2010, he was the Director of the Regional Employment Centre for the Ferizaj municipality. In 2003, he was a representative of the Ministry of Education and Culture in the project for the Creation of the National Framework of Qualifications for Kosovo. Starting in 2005, and continuing in the following years, in agreement with Zentrale Auslands- und Fachvermittlung (ZAV) Bonn, he implemented the first seasonal employment p
