Clinical Session Tracking FAQs
Go to https://nursing.nyu.edu/forms/clinical-session-tracking
Authenticate with your NYU ID and password.
Click on "Absence Request" then "Next Page".
Your name and email address will be pre-populated. Enter your N number.
Select ON-CAMPUS Makeup and all required information for "Session Details"
- Make sure to select the appropriate reason for the absence. If selecting a Medical reason for absence, please be aware this does not include Covid and mandatory quarantine. There is a separate option for this absence.
Click "Next Page".
Click in the "Appointment Date" field and choose your desired date.
Times for the chosen date will appear and using the drop down arrow choose a time slot for your Absence Request.
Once complete, the next page will show a message stating "Your submission has been recorded." You should receive an email confirming the Absence Request Submission.
