Illusions

Josh Sommers  This Escheresques and Impossible CG Objects, that I found out little later were done by Josh as well, are truly wonderful piece of art. Today I prepared part this article of his impossible object collection. The “impossible objects” he created digitally, are nothing new frankly (similar cubes, triangles and pyramids we have seen dozens of times in the past). But their visual appearance is breath taking! When I first received these images, I believed they represent true photos of some amazing real life structures, that are shot from specific angle, so that they appear impossible in their nature. Best example can be found here.

In the beginning we had rollers and snakes, optical illusions born accidentally, probably as a by-product to some sort of color experiments. Most of them were invented by a Japanese professor, Akiyoshi Kitaoka. Since then, optical illusion societies have grown. Just look at our website, for example. Many enthusiasts began experimenting with existing material. While during the

Daughter of a prosperous Philadelphia clothing manufacturer and his wife, Louis and Emma Israel Eschner, Aimée began study at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art (PAFA) in 1907. She studied numerous genres, ultimately settling on florals and landscapes.

In one of William Merritt Chase’s classes, Aimée met Willard Ortlip. When she won a Cresson Award, the same year Willard won his second Cresson, the two found themselves in steady shipboard company between New York and Southampton, England. They returned engaged. Contempary Artist Paragraph

Hi, my name is Josh, and I'm looking into majoring in Graphic Design. I'm a Freshman here at GVSU. My experience with Art goes back to the second grade where I used to write and draw stories, and I stopped doing certain types of art until I was a Junior at the High School I went to in Hudsonville. If you couldn't already tell, I am sort of obsessed with Ariana Grande and have been for as long as I can remember. The reason being is because she sort of saved my life last year when I came out, and so many times before that too. Her music has gotten me out of some very deep and dark times in my life. I came out very publicly on Instagram during the beginning of my senior year, and at first I was getting a lot of postivie feedback from a lot of people up until I started to dress how I wanted to dress or felt more comfortable in. I would get a lot of looks when I would walk through the halls, or I would get called a lot of names. I have a huge group of people around me that helped me grow into the person of not caring what anyone else think
